QuickBooks Setup

A basic QuickBooks setup involves setting up a new QuickBooks data file with the basics, including Chart of Accounts and Company Information.

A more extensive setup can include things such as entering all the Vendor and Customer List information, customizing invoices and/or other forms; entering opening balances for all of client's bank accounts, credit card accounts and loan accounts.

After the QuickBooks setup is complete, many clients sign up for hourly bookkeeping to have all their income and expense transactions entered and reconciled in QuickBooks.
